From Logan Airport (Drive time = 30 minutes with no traffic): Exit Logan Airport
and follow signs
to the Sumner Tunnel. At the end of the Tunnel, follow signs for Route I-93 North. Take I-93
North to I-95 South, Exit 37B (also known as Route 128). Take exit 32B for Route 3 North. Get off
at Exit 27, "Concord Road, Billerica, Bedford". Follow local directions below.
From Manchester Airport (Drive time = 40 minutes): Exit Manchester Airport and
follow signs for
I-293/101. You will eventually merge into Brown Avenue/3A. After about _ mile, turn left onto
I-293/101. Exit I-293/101 onto Everett Turnpike. You will need to pay one toll of $0.75. This
highway merges into Route 3 South. Take Route 3 into Massachusetts and then get off at Exit 27,
"Concord Road, Billerica, Bedford". Follow local directions below.
Local Directions (off Route 3): At end of Route 3 Exit Ramp (either North or
South travel), turn
right and go to first traffic light. This will be Middlesex Turnpike. Turn right onto Middlesex
Turnpike and go about 2 miles. NCE is on the right in a red brick and white siding building.
