 Mr. Kenneth Fischer joined Noise Control Engineering, Inc. shortly after its inception. Mr. Fischer is involved with the prediction and control of noise and vibration on various types of surface ships. He has carried out extensive Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of machinery foundations and ships' structures to determine their natural frequencies. Ken has participated in the diagnostics tests or acceptance trials on all types of vessels. His specialty is the design of resilient exhaust systems and the prediction and control of HVAC induced noise. Ken has also developed many of the macros used by NCE in its prediction software and data analysis.
He has a Master's of Science degree from Providence College.
